How are you feeling today?
Yesterday the NHS launched their emotional wellbeing self-assessment tool. It's very easy to use and despite the emoticons (angry red face, smiley yellow face and blue sad face) it is actually quite thought-provoking and provides links to some really great resources on emotions and well-being. I came out as a 'sad face' but I think the reason for my lethargy and inactivity was caused more by a heavy lunch than workplace despondency and burnout. Give it a go here.
